The Dapper Duo are pianist Mr Michael Roulston and double bass player Mr Tom Mansi. This hugely talented and charismatic act create a fresh jazz swing sound that will entertain guests at any event.
The Dappers were formed over ten years ago for the duo to show off their superbly stylish playing style as well as well as their supremely sharp suits! They have been polishing their shoes and their swinging sound ever since and their teamwork is the charm of this act. The Dapper Dudes just love to get a party going!
The Dapper Duo can play both pure instrumental numbers or with add in their fantastic vocal harmonies – another superb trait of this act. Michael’s voice smooth & crooning, and Tom’s more gruff and sassy. Their two dynamic personalities always making for a great show.
Similarly they can play be as upbeat or relaxed as you like. Perfect for both background or a more party atmosphere. It’s also possible to size up the Duo to a Trio with a Jazz Drummer.
Biography
Michael & Tom are highly experienced session musicians and entertainers. Michael’s background is predominantly in theatre and cabaret and Tom’s in blues and boogie-woogie.
