Catherine’s incredibly sensuous voice stuns audiences everywhere she sings. With the ability to draw emotion from every lyric and musical motif her original arrangements of well trodden classics provides a harmonious backdrop for intimate and relaxed events and celebrations. Accompanying herself on the guitar Catherine can perform solo or with other instrumentalists for a more broad sound. But either way Catherine’s dexterous vocals and elegant phrasing make her an essential ingredient for a soiree.
Biography
A dynamic performer from an early age, passion, talent and enthusiasm have led Catherine on an intriguing musical journey. Developing her talent as a scholar at the Arts Educational School of Performing Arts Catherine honed her creative flair as a songwriter and allowed an outlet for her powerful yet soulful voice so reminiscent of, Eva Cassidy, Janis Joplin and Nina Simone. As a professional musician Catherine TD has worked with an array of talented and influential musicians and producers as well as delivering recitals across the UK and Europe.
